The first week of December, YPC will join the Geneva Chamber Orchestra conducted by Tania Leon in opening the Swiss government’s United Nations ceremonies at Geneva Cathedral followed by a holiday performance at Victoria Hall on December 10, which will be taped for a Christmas Eve broadcast on Swiss radio. On July 12, 35 YPC members and staff set-off on an 18-city, 25-day tour across Japan! The tour will take them from the northernmost tip of the country in Aomori to such cities as Nagoya, Kobe, Hiroshima, Tokyo, Yokohama, and Nagasaki, to their final concert in Kumamoto in the south on August 8.
