American soprano Lisa Delan is recognized for her versatility and breadth of accomplishment and has won critical acclaim as an interpreter and champion of the American Art Song. She has performed in many of the world’s leading concert halls and festivals. Ms. Delan’s solo albums for Pentatone include A Certain Slant of Light; Out of the Shadows: Rediscovered American Art Songs; The Hours Begin to Sing; The White Election; and And If the Song Be Worth a Smile. She is also featured on Pentatone’s Joan and the Bells; Phenomenon; December Celebrations; and Angel Heart, a music storybook, which she co-created with composer Luna Pearl Woolf.
