Young People's Chorus of New York City, Francisco J. Núñez, Founder/Artistic Director
Thank you!!

Thanks to so many of you, our sold-out March 12 Gala at Frederick P. Rose Hall, home of Jazz at Lincoln Center for the Young People’s Chorus of New York City has turned out to be the most successful in the chorus’s history.  Our fabulous guest artists, including The New York Pops, pianist Jingyi Zhang, Joshua Henry and Nikki Renée Daniels from Broadway’s Porgy and Bess, and the Whiffenpoofs of Yale, joined with all of our 360 YPC choristers singing and dancing their hearts out in a  program that produced oohs, aahs, and standing ovations throughout the evening.

Gala guests included so many supporters from business, philanthropy, and the arts—from the evening’s honorees philanthropist Bobbie Katzander and President of Commercial Banking at Capital One Bank Michael C. Slocum to Margo Lion from the President’s Committee on the Arts and the Humanities, philanthropist Henry Buhl, Cynthia Green from the Green Fund, and Philip H. Lovett, a founding partner and principal of Millennium Partners.

A special thank-you to all parents and volunteers for your help and support in making the evening such an incredible success.
