Maria Popova, YPC and Friends’ “Constellating Wonder”

The Young People’s Chorus of New York City joins an extraordinary gathering of artists, writers, musicians, scientists, and thinkers at Saratoga Performing Arts Center for Constellating Wonder, a one-night-only celebration marking the 20th anniversary of Maria Popova’s beloved literary publication, The Marginalian.

Created by writer and cultural thinker Maria Popova, The Marginalian has spent two decades exploring some of life’s most enduring questions through the interconnected worlds of art, literature, science, philosophy, poetry, and wonder.

For this special anniversary celebration, Popova brings together a remarkable constellation of voices for an evening of readings, reflections, storytelling, and music. Guests will share works that have shaped and inspired them, exploring questions of meaning, beauty, love, curiosity, and what it means to be alive.
